About Premier

Our Goal

Premier Real Estate is focused on building elegant, state-of-the-art, easy-to-use websites for real estate professionals. We aim to provide a toolkit allowing you to develop a rich and highly successful web presence without the need of a web professional. Through integration with local MLS and the vast network third party real estate aggregators, our websites will automatically market your listings across the web.

Our Story

The Premier Real Estate System is a product of Lincoln Loop, LLC, a web development studio based out of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

What started as a one-off site for Prudential Steamboat Realty has developed into a full-featured real estate website builder and managment system. While doing research for the original site, we quickly recognized a major gap between the websites available to real estate professionals and the latest breed of real estate aggregators like Zillow and Trulia. While they were successful at bringing newer technologies and, for lack of a better term, web 2.0 features to real estate shopping, similar capabilities hadn’t reached individual realtor and agency websites.

We are passionate about our product and are constantly striving to make it better. User feedback is not only welcomed, but encouraged. Our software is perpetually evolving and improving based on customer feedback and internal research.

Our Process

We give every site we build personal attention to ensure the product we deliver is the best one possible. Our typical development cycle is outlined below and takes approximately 3-6 weeks. We use a private website (Basecamp) to manage and track all communications in one central location.

  1. Initial Consultation

We’ll discuss your wants and needs for your real estate website, preliminary pricing, and timelines to figure out if our product is a good fit for you.

  2. Data Gathering

Via email and phone conferences, we’ll collect information about your requirements, likes and dislikes. If you already have a website we will review it with you to discuss what is working and what can be improved.

  3. Design

A graphic designer will produce static mockups of your new site based on the information you have given us. You’ll have an opportunity for up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the end product is exactly what you want.

  4. Development

With site requirements and an approved design in hand, we’ll get to work on developing your site for deployment on our system.

  5. Deployment

You’ll have an opportunity to review your website and make any last minute changes prior to launch.
